Residential Care
Safe, comfortable home environments where residents receive 24/7 care and support. Our homes provide a structured, nurturing setting where individuals can live with dignity and receive the daily assistance they need.
Behavioral Support
Individualized behavioral support tailored to each resident's needs. We work collaboratively with care providers, families, and case managers to support each person's goals and well-being.
Life Skills Training
Programs that promote activities of daily living, personal development, and greater independence. We help residents build practical skills and confidence for day-to-day life.

Nina's Care Home
A California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) licensed RCFE (residential care facility for the elderly) in Concord, CA, providing residential care for senior individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This home operates under state licensing requirements and meets all regulatory standards for care and safety.
Named in honor of Edna “Nina” Brown, who inspired our CEO to serve those less fortunate, including members of the IDD community.

Operated by our Sincere Supportive Living Services division, Mathewson Group Home is a board and care home in Antioch, CA, operating under Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. This home provides a supportive residential setting with meals and assistance in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Jacqueline Brown is a seasoned behavioral healthcare administrator with nearly 40 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A New Jersey native, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, person-centered care across residential, educational, and community settings in the San Francisco Bay Area.
